Harness size exchanges are free within 60 days: email support@caninemind.net with your order number and requested size for a prepaid return label and standard replacement shipping. Harnesses may be tried indoors for fit but must be clean and unworn outdoors, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included bundle items. For refund returns due to change of mind or wrong size, the customer pays return shipping. We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection. Final-sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not returnable. I’m 38, two kids, a Malinois who treats the sidewalk like a track. I don’t have time for classes or another gadget that lasts a week. Plastic buckles on the last two harnesses cracked the first time she hit a squirrel. I put her in this one on a Tuesday. By the weekend I could hold the handle at the school gate without getting pulled into the street. Less yank, more control, no circus. It’s on her every walk now. Not going back to the $25 ones

I’m 34. I almost didn’t order because every “heavy duty” vest looked like it would rub him raw. My Lab used to cough on a collar and slip out of the last step-in. I measured his chest, used the front clip for three short walks, then a full loop around the park. Pressure sits on his chest, not his throat. No choke, no twist, and he stopped fighting the put-on. It’s just part of the leash hook now.

Adjust the five straps evenly. The harness should be snug, allow two fingers beneath the straps, sit centered, and leave the shoulders free to move. Walk your dog indoors briefly and check for shifting or rubbing before a longer walk.

The front leash attachment is designed to redirect forward pulling and give you more control during loose-leash training. Use the back attachment for regular walks when your dog is walking calmly; reward a loose leash and adjust the fit before each walk.
