All payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. You never need to send payment details by email or direct transfer.
Currency
- All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted.
U.S. Sales Tax
- We collect applicable U.S. state and local sales tax based on your shipping address. Any tax due is shown at checkout and on your receipt. We do not charge VAT on U.S. orders.
Pricing Accuracy
- We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We may cancel and refund orders affected by incorrect pricing or availability; you will be notified.
Trouble Making a Payment?
- Double-check that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are correct.
- Check your card's available balance and any online transaction limits set by your bank.
- Try a different card or use PayPal as a guest, without a PayPal account.
- If your payment is still declined, contact your bank, then reach out to us at support@caninemind.net.
Chargebacks
- Please contact us at support@caninemind.net before opening a payment dispute — we respond within 1 business day and will work to resolve the issue directly.
Security
- Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant. We do not store full card details on our servers.
