Ordering & Tracking
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after you receive the email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. After that, our 60-day return policy applies. Email support@caninemind.net as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but stay tuned.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is free on every order. Express shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout for an additional rate.
How fast will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Standard delivery takes an additional 5–8 business days; express takes 2–4 business days. See our full Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you or your dog aren't happy, return the item within 60 days of delivery for a refund — no restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do, for defective, damaged, or wrong items — we'll email you a prepaid label. For change-of-mind or size swaps, return shipping is paid by the customer.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Email support@caninemind.net with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery for eligible items.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Products & Sizing
How do I pick the right size harness or collar?
Measure your dog's chest and neck girth with a soft tape and compare to the sizing chart on each product page (see the Sizing Chart link). If you're between sizes, we recommend the larger size. Still unsure? Email us — we'll help you choose.
Are the buckles really metal?
Yes — our tactical harness line is built around full-metal buckles and hardware, because plastic clips are the #1 failure point on dog gear. See our Lifetime Warranty.
Is the no-pull harness safe for puppies?
Our harnesses are suitable for most dogs 6 months and older. For growing puppies, re-check the fit regularly. Always supervise your dog when wearing any gear.
Warranty
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects — broken metal buckles, split stitching, material or hardware failures under normal use. We'll replace the item free or refund it, your choice, and cover shipping both ways. It does not cover chewing damage or normal wear and tear.
