Built to last. Backed for life. We stand behind every product we make. Every Canine Mind™ product includes a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects — at no extra cost, for the life of your product.
What's Covered
Your warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Broken buckles — metal buckles or clips that break under normal use
- Split stitching — seams or stitching that come apart due to a manufacturing defect
- Material defects — fabric tears, delamination, or material failures
- Hardware failures — D-rings, V-rings, or zippers that fail under normal use
What We'll Do
- Send a free replacement of the same item — or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Your choice.
- We cover all shipping costs for warranty claims — both ways.
- Claims are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your photos and order number.
What's Not Covered
- Chewing damage — damage from your dog chewing or biting the product
- Normal wear & tear — fading, pilling, or general wear from regular use over time
- Misuse — use beyond the product's intended purpose (e.g., tethering a vehicle, exceeding rated load limits)
- Unauthorized modifications — alterations, repairs, or customizations not performed by us
- Lost or stolen products
How to File a Claim
- Email support@caninemind.net with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – Order #[Your Order ID]".
- Include clear photos or a short video of the defect, the product, and your order number.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the next steps and, if approved, your replacement or refund.
