Shipping Policy

At Canine Mind™, we work to process and ship every order as quickly as possible from our warehouse. This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation email after purchase and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

*Delivery windows are estimates and begin after processing. Weather events, carrier volume, or peak seasons may cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • We're not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we'll gladly reship to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building/office reception, then contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date — we'll help you file a carrier claim and find a fair resolution.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Estimated ship dates for pre-order or backorder items are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
  • If a pre-order date changes significantly, we'll email you with options to wait, swap, or cancel for a full refund.

U.S. Sales Tax

  • We collect applicable U.S. state and local sales tax based on your shipping address. Any tax due is shown at checkout and on your receipt. We do not charge VAT on U.S. orders.
