Harness size exchanges are free within 60 days: email support@caninemind.net with your order number and requested size for a prepaid return label and standard replacement shipping. Harnesses may be tried indoors for fit but must be clean and unworn outdoors, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included bundle items. For refund returns due to change of mind or wrong size, the customer pays return shipping. We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection. Final-sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not returnable.
